ખરાબ હવામાનની ચેતવણી હવે મોબાઈલ ફોન પર SMS દ્વારા પણ મોકલવામાં આવે છે. આ નવી સુવિધા નેશનલ ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ ઓથોરિટી (NDMA) દ્વારા શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. વધુમાં, એવી પણ જાહેરાત કરવામાં આવી હતી કે ટૂંક સમયમાં ટેલિવિઝન અને રેડિયો પર હવામાનની ગંભીર ચેતવણીઓ પ્રસારિત કરવામાં આવશે.

હવે હવામાનના ફેરફારો અને આગામી તોફાન અને વરસાદ વિશેની માહિતી તમારા ફોન પર SMS તરીકે મોકલવામાં આવશે. ચાલો તમને આ ફીચર વિશે વિગતવાર માહિતી આપીએ.

SMS ઉપરાંત હવામાનની અપડેટ ટીવી અને રેડિયો પર પણ મળશે.
જો સંદેશ પર વિશ્વાસ કરવામાં આવે તો, ટૂંક સમયમાં તમે ટેલિવિઝન અને રેડિયો પર હવામાનની ચેતવણીઓ સાંભળી શકશો. જો તમે આ શો શરૂ થયા પછી રેડિયો અથવા ટીવી જોશો, તો અચાનક તમારા ટીવી સ્ક્રીન પર હવામાનની ગંભીર ચેતવણી દેખાશે. જ્યારે તમે રેડિયો પર ગીત સાંભળો છો, ત્યારે તે અધવચ્ચે જ અટકી જાય છે અને તમને ચેતવણી મળે છે.

લોકો હવે તોફાનને લઈને સતર્ક છે અને પોતાને બચાવવા માટે જરૂરી પગલાં લઈ શકે છે. નેશનલ ડિઝાસ્ટર મેનેજમેન્ટ એજન્સીએ કહ્યું કે તેણે હવે ભારે વરસાદ, તોફાન, ગરમીના મોજા અને વધુ માટે ટેલિફોન ચેતવણીઓ મોકલવાનું શરૂ કર્યું છે. આ કાર્યક્રમ આ વર્ષની શરૂઆતમાં શરૂ થવાની ધારણા છે.

આ સમાચાર રાષ્ટ્રીય સહિત બે ભાષાઓમાં પ્રસારિત થાય છે. રિપોર્ટમાં દાવો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે કે ભવિષ્યમાં આવા એલર્ટ મળવા પર મોબાઈલ ફોન વાઈબ્રેટ થશે.
